I have written and posted on CNN across all their platforms CNN International, CNN en Espanol and so many more so they can use their investigative resources to track down and help remove this poor baby and save him/her from the hands of this woman who does not stop with her horrific torture during the entire clip. Someone must know who she is, the person who filmed it is equally sick and evil to allow this to happen without slamming the womans head into the wall and show her what it feels like to be tortured, sorry I am so outraged and horrified I am not thinking straight. What you will see in this clip is beyond horrific, if you know of any way of bringing this to the attention of the authorities and how to track this woman down and help remove this and other children in her custody, please do, you will be helping to save a life, if not more than one. Poverty and ignorance is not an excuse!
