I havent been on long today cause the AT & T people were screwing with the internet and my phone line and I had to call three times and go through the automated BS in order to talk to a real person.. And they wonder why we HATE them.. it is now 7:30 and my phone line finally is working again . but they threatened me with a $99 service call even if they did not have to come into the house - What a load of crap - what ever happened to the if it is a problem outside of you house you pay nothing??? I called back and refused to pay a penny... The bigger the company the more bull you have to go through.. I have demanded a call back from a supervisor so I can ream another ass for the stupidity of a automated response to my call heehee cant wait ... Yes I did check the outside box and it is in the outside line not in side my house .. lucky for having some intelligence with mechanical ability !! I am so ticked off I will have a brandy heehee
