I havent done a heavy Deadlift day since mid-summer. But I have been doing a lot of core and upper back stuff. Today, after reaching my regular workout weight, I decided it felt pretty easy. Went up to my previous 3RM of 185 and 6 reps felt pretty good so, of course I added 10 more pounds. New 4RM of 195 and I did that twice. Hope I wasnt the reason the guy dead lifting 185 stopped and went somewhere else.
