I havent posted in almost two weeks. Tomorrow will be four weeks since I had surgery and today is three weeks since I was came home from the hospital. Ive got a lot I can say but Ill just share a little at a time. When I came home my lungs werent quite working at full capacity so I was sent home with oxygen. That lasted for about five days. They also sent me home with an Incentive Spirometer. I have to admit that I hadnt use it much, so last night I decided to give it a try and on my first breath I pulled a 4500, on my second breath I pulled a 5000. Well I was done with that! 5000 is the max it will go! :D Ive been diffusing doTERRAs Breath Blend of essential oils almost every night and on many days. It looks like its done and amazing job of getting my lungs back to optimum capacity. Oh ya! Before my surgery I could only pull a 3200. It looks like success. Thanks all! More later!
