I havent really eaten food from McDonalds since the surgery. I tend to take Evan to McDonalds because its quick, cheap and he likes it. Its generally for a Sausage biscuit for my kid and some Orange, never for dinner. But I found myself at McDonalds for a small snack for Evan and Kym was with me. I ordered an iced Tea and nibbled on Evans Fries, I had a 2 chicken nuggets when my body pretty much stopped me cold. I have learned to listen to my body. Its been a while since ate the food and could tell my taste buds didnt like it. But I saw something kind of interesting and a little sad. As quiet as its kept, Mcdonalds now sell its chicken nuggets by the CARLOAD now. You can actually buy 4 of them or 6 of them or 10 of them or 20 of them or even 40 of them at one time. I shuddered to think that a year ago I would have probably ordered 40 of them bad boys with a large fry and a Super Sized Coke and not have thought twice! Its funny about recovering from addiction. The CLARITY a person has when they arent held captive...
