I havent updated much lately as I have been waiting to get things in place and I believe I have that now. I have my husband home now, every thing is a daily challenge however we are getting through it all. We quit going to the Clovis Healthplex what a joke! They wanted to take him back in rehab as if he had just had a stroke and NOT 7 weeks of intense inpatient rehab. So we are home with home health care PT and OT coming in to help him and I learn to deal with his stroke in his own environment. We wish we would had just started with them instead of wasting time and precious sessions on the out patient healthplex but live and learn! I think we have the medications figured out now as well, the moods are better and leveling out to a much better place. An old friend (lol OLD you know thats funny) came by yesterday when OT and PT were here and realized that Wendell was actually taller than she was! Its amazing how tall and straight he really can be. We have great progress and a LONG road ahead of us but thanks to all of your thoughts and prayers we will do this! I cant begin to tell you what it means to both of us to have such amazing support from you all. God bless us EVERYONE!
