I havent written about this before because Im embarrassed, but there has been a mini-tragedy at the Forman house My computer automatically installed a Windows Update which was corrupted. Consequently, Ive lost every file on my computer. That includes every e-mail, photo, document, spreadsheet, pdf, previous years taxes, business folder, database, etc. (including the draft of my book). I was able to recover the registry, etc from a recovery point prior to the update. No luck on the files with the exception of a very few files. I must get a computer guru out to see if he or she can figure it out. Otherwise Ive lost literally all my work since about 2008. Im in big trouble! Praying the files mysteriously return during the night! HaHa!
