I hear a lot about Nutrition being the most important thing in the world of weight loss and I couldnt agree more with that. Just training and eating like crap is not going to see the physique changes that most people desire. Having said that, I am reminded how important exercise is for those that choose not to watch what they eat. I ran into a past client a bit ago who was very consistent, but failed to really jump on board with eating correctly the entire time she trained at Evolution. This person saw gains is strength, some weight loss and over all improvements in health. Over a period of time the workouts became less consistent and being busy became more regular, to the point where she just quit. When I ran into this person after only a few months after leaving I noticed she had gained about 25-30lbs. So getting discouraged because you dont want to change your eating doesnt mean quit working out. I dont know why, but I got upset seeing this occur. This will be the same person that will be 60lbs over weight and have a bigger hill to climb. As Paul Carter says..... Death is Winning....Do Something. Point of the story... Get off your ass, and stay off it. If you arent going to be perfect with Nutrition, it doesnt mean the training isnt working or making you healthier. Quitting will only make it worse.
