I hear a lot of negative chatter about Joel and Victoria Osteen. I have had the opportunity to talk to numerous people who do not have a Religious background. They have an entirely different view of the Osteens. They have been introduced to a Living Loving God that they did not know existed. They have had a chance to comprehend that a Heavenly Father loves them. 1 John states the clearest message to all mankind God is love, follow that by John 3:16-17 and the compelling, unfailing love of God reaches out to the lowest human being of all, Tim Minor. I am astounded that God loves me. When I fail, fall short of everybodys expectation, feel judged by life and my own faith family, I have turned on Joel Osteen and I was reminded God still loves me. Love brings the transformation of a human life. Maybe you dont agree on what is said by Joel and Victoria, but my Bible is clear on a powerful truth. Dont judge another mans servant, judge not lest ye be judged! I am sure I am going to offend the self righteous but remember this my friends, they speak about the same Jesus and the same salvation as you. They just say it differently. I admit Im a mess, a failure, often a fool. But Im glad that somebody is telling me different than my own condemnation.
