I hear people say He should have sat down like he was told. Well if he did nothing wrong, how does the cop have the right to give him orders? Then they say Well you dont know what happened before the video started.. Well if it was so bad they wouldnt have even been talking, they would have already arrested him. They dont have the right to make up laws and there isnt any law against standing up or not giving answers. The officer physically shoved him before he was even being detained!! The man even asks the officer what his crime was, in which the cop has no answer. The office got mad because he wouldnt sit down like he was told and even got mad because he wouldnt answer the questions he was asked, so he uses physical violence. He was doing his job. But when we do it, its assualt? The man was in cuffs and he is cranking on his wrist, which is nothing more than using violence to get your way. Youd figure that people who are suppose to uphold the constitution and protect and serve, would protect and serve everyone, not just themselves.
