I hear words of unity coming from the mouths of leaders and elders, yet I see them wearing jealousy and envy on their faces and toting hatred on their backs boldly. I hear them preaching peace, but as they turn I hear them inciting hate and division among brothers and sisters. I see them dressed in costly regal fabrics, called the highest titles money can buy. I hear the great learned words coming from their lips, but I also see them insulting their own, I hear them ill-speaking and abusing those in their care and others around them. Elders/Leaders/Teacher/Ministers: Your words, titles, status, talents, fashion and styles means nothing if your actions do not measure up to them. I will no longer esteem anyone for who they are called or expected to be, but for the examples they set and for who they really show themselves to be. AWAKE....This journey is not a competition neither will the fame we seek last forever. Our lives are all temporal, but our contributions will live on.
