I heard something last night that upset me. I was told that love and lust are the same thing. Is this what we really think in todays world? Its sad that most people especially guys think this way. There are to many guys being boys but never growing up to be men. We as boys are way to selfish. All we do is look out for ourselves. We get want we want and then move on to the next one. We listen to this broken world tell us thats what makes you a man now. We really never to learn what love is and isnt. Love is about giving not receiving. If you cant love then dont be with her. Dont destroy her just because it makes you feel better. Im tired of seeing boys treat women like they are little toys. Grow up and learn to cherish a womans heart first. The perfect example of what love really is Jesus. He laid down his life for us and that is what men do for the woman they love. If youre not willing to do that then you dont deserve her. Its time to grow up. We have to stop being boys and start becoming men. The best way to start that is by getting down on two knees and asking for help from the perfect example which is Jesus.
