"...I heard the thunder rumble, darkness consuming all. There was nowhere to stumble, with back against the wall. Yet in my darkest hour, with sharp eye I did perceive, faint hope to belay this power, for some help I may yet receive. For as I stared out helplessly into the bitter night, above thunder I heard trumpets call, there shown a graceful light. From this light unto my eyes, an image did appear. A man who sets fire to the skies, yet whose presence brings no fear. With stoic poise etched on his face and grace where he did stand, he defied all laws of this foul place, offering a welcome hand. The light that shown came not from lamps nor great fires did he bring, yet seemed to come from deep within and to him it did cling. Taking offered hand for brace, myself I slowly did right and recognized a familiar face in the ever growing light. A face lost to my memories now more clear than golden day, Of one who fought my enemies, the one whom I obey. Thinking him lost, my sadness shown as unto shore I washed from sea Yet here he stands to bring me home, my King, come back to rescue me.."
