I heard today that long time dear friend of the Seldom Scene, Paul Craft has taken ill, and is in the hospital. He and Ben Eldridge met a long time ago while attending the University of Virginia. Paul is such a great person, musician, and songwriter. I heard his friend Ben, describe Paul once during an interview as a great songwriter with a twisted mind, Ben continued, that makes for a great songwriter. There are few Scene albums through the years that dont have a Paul Craft song included on them. Here is one of my favorites.
