I hired a kid yesterday who is basically homeless (living in someones backyard). Today is his first day and he showed up in a suit and tie...ready to go. I ran a meeting this morning in the office focused on goals and dreams and what motivates you and keeps you going when things get hard. He came into my office afterward and told me my meeting and my goals made him cry. Sometimes people just need you to take a chance on them.
