I honestly dont think Renee Zellweger has had work done... shes just aging gracefully, wasnt smiling the same way she was in past pictures (she has that smile that makes her apple cheeks squint her eyes), grew out her bangs and was wearing a more minimal makeup look. Were used to seeing her in the spotlight at premieres as the featured star, so shed be more made up, smiling more strongly at the cameras and also, that was 10+ years ago. She looks amazing... and looks like an older version of herself. What I think is so ridiculous in all of this is that everyone is talking about the work she had done when she seems to have actually had none at all... or very minimal, perhaps some botox/filler/skin kind of stuff. Structurally, her face is EXACTLY the same.
