I hope I am not breaking the rules but I was wondering if anyone knew if this was against the law? , that guy on Old RR Bed Rd. has had the police called to his house numerous times by people concerned about the dogs chained and caged in his front yard. The dogs are short haired dogs. Its unblieveable that what he does is not illegal in the State of Alabama. The puppies are caged behind chain link and only have that plastic dog house with no covering over the entrance. The mama dog is chained outside the fence and she sits and stares at her babies while they jump against the fence. Its heart breaking. The male is chained out year round to another plastic dog house. He has pulled it around the yard and it turns over. We somehow have got to get the ignorant politicians in Alabama to pass strict animal abuse laws and laws requiring better treatment of animals housed outside. How do we do that???
