I hope Leonard doesnt mind, but Im again posting his comment. I think hes right on, and very well said. Listen, people. 99.99% of those protesting the murder of Eric Garner by a New York City cop did so peacefully, and did not ask for, pray for, work for or look for New York City cops to be murdered. You want to politicize the murder of two cops today? Go ahead. They werent murdered because of the protestors. And their deaths do not assuage anything. And the Mayor should -- and will -- go to their funerals. Moreover, you want more violence? Keep at it, people. Keep at it. You think this stops here? Keep inflaming the tensions in this city and thats exactly what youre going to get. You should be as ashamed by the murder of Eric Garner as you are by the murder of the two cops. The problem is, youre not ashamed of the murder of Eric Garner and you never were and you still dont get it. And thats you -- even as we are deeply ashamed and deeply worried about the murder all of these people. Thats why we have the moral high ground. You have only the racism and bile in your throat.
