I hope and pray this house holds up until Christ comes to snatch me up to heaven!!! So far, we have shelled out nearly $5,000 on this place and its not 10 years old yet. Shabby workmanship and cutting corners do not provide any degree of longevity, people!!! We recently wrote a check for almost $2,000 to get a facelift and get the trim painted on the outside. The builders did not seal ANY of the homes properly in this area! All of our neighbors are shelling out big bucks for necessary repairs. They build these homes to last the ONE YEAR they guarantee them for - then they turn to crap. I think Ill go watch THE MONEY PIT now... lol. Yeah - keep that sense of humor, Linda!
