I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. I know Im a little late on both . Im actually able to update tonight. We have gone back to our routine. The Christmas break is over and school and therapies have resumed. I really enjoyed having Mark Isaac home and not going to therapies. We were able to have our own schedule and enjoy being at home. He had a wonderful Christmas and I will post pictures of Christmas this week. I just barely get over Christmas and its time to start planning a birthday party. I always joke with him and say, you were supposed to come in February but you had to come early and see the world. My grandmothers birthday was in January. She was the only one who had a birthday in that month. She passed away December 31, 2009. As she was taking her last breath I whispered in her ear. Grandmama send my Mark Isaac to me. We already knew what the name would be and I got pregnant in April. I always say to him she got to Heaven and had to love on you before you came. I guess He wanted to make an early entrance and that he did. He does the same thing now. He has started yelling hey to everyone as soon as we go in a store. He will keep saying it until someone responds. If you are in a store and you keep hearing really loud heys chances are its us. I cant believe it will be 4 years that he came into our lives. It seems like yesterday and I still get that pit in my stomach when I see certain landmarks in Columbus or hear beeps of machines at hospitals. It immediately takes me back to that time. I can remember some things so vividly and some became a blur. The one thing I will never forget is the daily reminder of our what a miracle he is. The pediatrician told us 2 weeks ago that he spoke with the neurologist that did his ct scan. He said from talking with him and seeing the pictures he is absolutely amazed at what he is doing now. What he does t know is that he hasnt seen nothing yet. 2015 is Mark Isaacs year. He had school today and therapy this evening. He followed directions so well and knew everything to do when the therapist said. He always does so good after having a break. I think his brain gets rested up and then he just shows off. I posted a video of him Christmas morning opening a gift. This year he knew how to get into the gifts and it was so fun to see Christmas through his eyes.
