I hope for most of you fitness is a way of LIFE not a quick fix , daily exercise is like brushing your teeth . Not to say you have to do a super intense workout each day , but you should always be trying to do better / do more then you did before . member our body adapts and that is when you stop progressing . You really have to up the intensity of the workout you are doing .. Go faster , more intense ..ECT or try something totally knew . Love zumba or turbo put no seeing results anymore ?? Try a insanity class, or crossfit to change things up and keep you body guessing . As long as you are moving you are doing better than someone sitting on the couch !!
