I hope that this post is ok Admin - please delete if not! I booked a bouncy castle for my sons 6th birthday.. Got off to a shady start when the bouncy castle hire KOOL BOUNCERS (st Neots) came to deliver the castle, told me it wouldnt fit and went to leave.. Wouldnt entertain the idea of giving me a refund, my brother was just pulling out of the car park when the bouncy castle guy tried to drive off, so he stopped the car so we could try to rectify it... The guy then phones the police and tells them there is an emergency situation where he is being threatened..?!?! In all honesty with the way the guy was acting and how quickly he wanted to get away, pocketing my £75.. (Which was paid in advance) Im not even sure they had a Bouncy castle in their van in the first place! Just want to make everyone aware of this cowboy company and how they have ripped me off and left my 6 year old son without a bouncy castle.. DO NOT USE KOOL BOUNCERS from St Neots... Luckily I was able to get a castle at very short notice from Bouncing Beans Bouncy Castle Hire.. Who were very professional and helpful! Please share this so as nobody else gets ripped off by these people, and to promote the excellent service I received from facebook/cambridgeBouncingbeans Thank you x
