I hope the Alverno Alpha newspaper will soon publish the two articles which are ready: one on Schlitz Audubon Nature Center and Georgine Loacker, SSSF. The next article I am in the process of editing is an environmental opinion piece about the horrible effects of taconite mining in the Northern area of Wisconsin. I hope the opinion piece will want to make people take notice and say no to what Scott Walker thinks is good for the state, well it is not. Look up what happened in the Former Soviet Union under Stalin. I quote the bastard, "We can not expect charity from Nature. We must tear it from her." Well Russia has pollution, low life expectancy, cancer rapid, and birth defects. Do we really want to see this happen in Wisconsin, no.
