I hope they refrain from wrapping this discussion in the frame work of the radical gender feminist ideology that is wreaking havoc around the globe. I was never made to feel unequal to a man in Suriname my country of birth; my inspiration to freedom and economic independence came from men and women who worked for a living and nurtured my talents. In the Netherlands, however, radical gender feminist reduced me to a slave of the state and totally dependent on government and subjected to cruel and inhumane treatment simply because I was a single mother. The women from Suriname deserve much better and I dare say that men are not their enemy; true equality comes from within and not by government mandate……all human being are created equal and endowed by their creator with certain inalienable rights…….!
