I hope this email finds you blessed and in good spirits. This is a friendly reminder that we will be having a class meeting on Sunday, March 30, 2014 from 3:30 -5 at Piccadilly-Greenbriar. If you cannot attend but would like to support this cause just send me an email and I will keep you posted. We are also trying to reach out to as many classmates as possible so if you do not see a fellow classmate on this email list please asked them would they like to be added and send me their email address. We will respect the wishes of those classmates that do not wish to participate. I would like to thank those classmates that have reach out to others to keep them informed of our meetings. Listed below is a tentative agenda for the meeting. If there is something that you would like to discuss please forward your ideas and comments to be added to the agenda. Tentative Agenda - 35th Class Reunion - Cruise (Carla Griffin and Mario Maddox will be handling the details for the class cruise) - Bereavement Fund Guidelines Proposal - Your suggestions and input is welcome. Classmate to donate a minimum of $10 a month or ($100 a year) to help cover the wishes of the family during their loss. The Bereavement Fund - $50 is the maximum that will be disbursed from the fund per loss. A classmate will have their choice of: A- Send a flower and card from the Class of 1980 - B - Supply the family with water, drinks, food etc. C- Monetary support. There will be a minimum of a quarterly report sent to the class on the activity of the funds in the account. If we have activity monthly you will receive a monthly report of the balance. Bereavement Fund covers: 1980 Classmate, their spouse, parents and children. Again your comments, suggestions and input is welcome in this process.
