I hope this might put into context how proud I am of where Real Commando Training and my life sits right now. 7 years ago I left the UK to set up a new life in Oz, leaving behind our true family and friends on what has become a roller coaster adventure of a lifetime. After 22 years service in the RM Commandos, I joined the Oz Army, transporting my wife to live in a country she had never even visited. We became parents and not only learned to live in this strange but incredible country called Australia, but learned to be grateful and truly find peace with the one person who always brings my wife and I back down to earth, our son, Logan:). Yozza Hughes and his wonderful wife Ems helped us to understand what life would be like in Oz. Massive thank you to you guys:) My Rock and constant is my own wife Nicky Barbour. I couldnt have done what I have without your support, thank you for believing in me and the journey. Belief and the realisation that I was able to set up a better future for our family with my brand of Real Commando Training™ has come at a cost but is now starting to show some of the potential that I always knew it had. Not even 1 year ago I along with the help of so many others opened the first ever Real Commando Training Centre of Excellence, but especially with the support and help from Rebecca Jefferis and Mark Sinosich. Thank you both for all that you have done. As the 2nd ever Centre of Excellence opened at Real Commando Training The Entrance yesterday, I, along with help from an amazing team have in turn been able to offer Paul Blake and his wife the same sort of start that we were fortunate enough to receive 7 years ago. There is one significant individual in this story who will remain nameless for now. He doesnt use or believe in social media but he has been the catalyst and support to enable this dream to lead us to where we are now. Now the attention turns to Paul Blake. As the Chief trainer in charge of delivering RCT at our latest Centre of Excellence, the work really starts for Paul & Susan Blake as they begin the journey that has taken us 7 years to get to. I know it has been hard work over the last month and a half that you have been involved Paul, culminating in the the launch for Real Commando Training The Entrance yesterday. Well done for yesterday, and I am eagerly looking forward to seeing how you deliver my amazing concept to the Central Coast. Onwards and upwards:)
