I hope you all had a Great Thanksgiving … I surely did.. I ate a lot too.. I didn’t want to waste anytime so i made sure i got back into the gym right away … I did an awesome workout… I completed each exercise 20 reps and 2 set and a cardio session as well. Because I’m in my 2nd trimester i try to hold onto a pole or something while doing any exercise that involves balancing because it puts too much stress on my body— i will tire even faster than i already do.
