I hope you had a nice holiday! Thanks for including me in part of your activities, it was an honor to have my picture taken with you. Please join me in thanking the following people for making our fun on Camelback possible: Stephen Sperry, Jeff Franks, Tommy Roberts, and Mike Skiba for purchasing the tree this year and carrying it up, as they did last year, too! Please buy them a beer for me next time you see them, some of them work at Gringo Star (gringostarstreetbar/) in Tempe. Also, the smart ladies of handful, makers of an excellent sports bra, I am told, who helped carry up the three trees this year, as well. (Some grinches from the parks department took down two of the original three trees this year, including the stocking for my recently passed dog.) The ladies from Handful Bra were Jennifer Ferguson, Cary Goldberg, Tina Thede-Shuel, Jody Filkins, & Sonja Dozois. All of these folks are the ones with great bodies in my profile picture, by the way; they were literally bench pressing the trees as they carried them up the trail, while I trailed behind. I also want to thank the many kind folks who carried up one of the backpacks filled with 30lbs of candy canes, such as Seeley James . And for the folks who brought me a cold beverage or Christmas cookies (they were awesome, Alice!), thanks for trying to fatten Santa up! Were going to have a great New Year! I love you and want to remind you to get health insurance and reduce your carbon footprint. Remember, boys, better choices lead to candy canes instead of coal. ; )
