I invite those who say Islam is a religion that oppresses women; it does not allow women to have a voice or does not give her a voice, to be open minded enough to listen to this. This is about an incident that occurred between a woman and her husband and she went to the Prophet Muhammed (SAW) to complain. This is one of many such cases, the reasons why most Muslim women who understand the religion wonder what it is people are talking about when they say the Muslim woman is oppressed or that she has no right. Learn to base your judgements/conclusions on what you learn from the source and not hearsay or other peoples behaviour.
