I joined several hundred people were at Tucson International - TopicsExpress

I joined several hundred people were at Tucson International Airport early today to thank 25 World War II veterans who were boarding an Honor Flight for a trip to Washington to tour the National World War II Memorial. Among the veterans were a 98-year-old gentleman and a 97-year-old woman. Many active-duty Airmen from Davis-Monthan Air Force Base were there for the send-off as well as the Freedom Riders. Thank you for your service – then and now.
