I just a made a comment to a friends post who had deleted and blocked someone from his page! I did this yesterday and it feels awful to come to that point with people as its nothing but slamming the door in someones face which is quite bigoted behaviour I feel. My following contribution to his FB dilemma I think incapsulates how I actually feel about this kinda buzz . I understand this now whereas I didnt yesterday. I post my comment to my friend Mike James status here not because Im a wanker although Im quite skilled at the art of wanking myself and also the art of administering a wank onto someone else .......hummm that came out all wrong! This is great! And I dont mean that in a cheeky darky sense! Really though i think its all pretty healthy stuff as its getting some kind of engagement going between opposing political forces of differing opinions. Ive spent some some in America and the buzz I felt over there is that Americans are fine with political critique! Generally speaking if someone disagrees with which side of the political line you are on over there and this leads to a heated debate yanks are great at not taking shit politically personally! Ya just rant it out give it a cheers, finish ya beer go home, go to sleep, wake up and its another day kinda buzz! Kiwis I find in general are sensitive about political disagreements and tend to hold on to stuff! The other side of that of course is in America there is a chance that someone could possibly pull out a gun at any given moment and shove it in your face if the debate is getting a bit to heated . Its hard to know where to draw the line so ur views dont take on the something of a born again rant that turns self righteous. Being mindful somewhat is not really the buzz when putting forward your views. Walking the line is one thing but walking the line of fire is certainly something else! Defining ones beliefs takes a lot of refinement which comes from putting your stuff out there . You cant just rely on a story u have to dig in deep I reckon . You have to go down inside all of it at the core and fine something for ya self, something real and meaningful.....
