I just buried my precious little Stumpy, my 3 legged squirrel. I guess yesterday was her last hoorah. She started to cough last night, which she has never done before. I checked her before I went to the doctors for by check up. She was pretty quiet and just wanted to snuggle on my neck. I ran to the store for milk on my way home . When I went in to check her, she was laying on the bottom of her cage. She must have just passed away because she was still warm and soft. It breaks my heart even more that I was not with her when she died. I loved her so much. She was my baby. R.I.P. my sweet girl. See you at Rainbow Bridge. Love, Your Heart Broken Mommy
