I just came home this evening with the new Disney release of Mononoke Hime and we could not watch it because we could not get the BD to play the Japanese audio track. It reverts back to English. It is possible to select French, but not Japanese. The disc programming is defective. It appears that Disney cares so little about its Japanese fluent buyers here in the US. I find myself forced to order the Japanese BD version of this movie from CD Japan, which I should have done in the first place. Twice the price, but at least those discs are garanteed to play the Japanese audio track. Ive attached a video of the problem here:
