I just came up on a wreck on hulaco road the car was upside down on its roof a teenage girl was walking around upset and her brother was in the car.. Thank God they are both ok but I panicked and was trying to call 911 and hot my onstar button at the same time when the 911 operator called me back I got out of the car checking on the teens as I talked to them the dispatcher just kept asking questions about where I was located it was real easy right on helicon road next to the Cullman Morgan county line I said are you sending someone and he finally said yes meanwhile a officer got there and said he was here due to the onstar call wow he got there then tri county and still no ambulance from the 911 call it had been 24 min and I left the neighbors said because of the location in the corner of the there counties they keep passing the calls around due to its not in there area.. Stupid added there is kids in a wreck WTH SOMEONE RESPOND THIS IS A FREAKING LIFE WERE TALKING ABOUT... THEY NEED TO FIGURE SOMETHING OUT!!! They were ok but 24 min gone by and still no one but the onstar responder. I will be keeping the onstar on my car and I will be activating it on my kids car..sad we gotta count on them cause our 911 cant figure out who to send out.. Land tax is paid but we have noone to call for help if you wreck in the corner of the counties... GET REAL!!!!!
