I just cannot stand to see people in need. There was a lady at the Hermitage Walmart with a 10 day old baby. She had brought in some change to use the Coinstar machine. She put the money in the machine and it started counting and then, it stopped after she had already dumped all of the coins in. An error came up on the screen and she immediately told the customer service representative that it was messed up. He said it was broken and of course she asked why it did not have a sign on it because she just put the only money that she had in there to get her child some milk and some diapers. She politely asked a guy to get some help and he just pretty much mumbled something and kept doing what he was doing. The lady started crying and he totally ignored her! That pissed me off so bad. People have no compassion these days. He did not even try to call anybody for this lady and she just stood there sobbing. In the end, she got what she needed but it wasnt because anybody there helped her. Her money is probably sitting in the machine still right now and its sad ppl. I dont care if you are at Walmart and everybody expects service to be crappy. If you are going to work in the customer service industry you better damn sure have the personality to go along with it.... I have no patience for heartless people!
