I just cannot understand why all these accounting/audit firms in Sabah making a big deal about GST compliance softwares, keep pestering all their clients to buy new softwares this and that ??? Y business so bad ah ?, today alone, i had two fellas complains to me that they were approach by the same guy ... sigh ! I am for one, that had to rely on calculator for simple calculations but i just happens to accidentally stumble upon GST a while ago .. .. duh ok now im an unofficial GST consultant ! THIS is for the fella who keeps pestering my friends, know this place ? i had a couple of meetings with the only 2 of their top brass for whole Msia and had a very detail explanations from them regarding implementation, compliances and the least important - softwares - SIGH ! The only difference on softwares is either its unverified or custom verified for the purpose of rebate of RM1000 from the gov. when you have a software updates or new purchases that meets the requirements set by the gov. THE ONLY REQUIREMENT - is just the end report that must have all the fields they want - Thats it !, whether its done using thousand of RM worth of yet another accounting softwares for the client to start all over from scratch or manually done by hand is irrelevant. SO JUST WHAT IS THE BIG FUSS scaring ppl who dont know just to earn a couple of hundreds ? IDIOTIC MORON !
