I just cant help myself. Its like an addiction. I have to write it down. Might as well put it here. For those who would like to know how this would work. The Earth has a certain level of Electrons in it. Earth is like a battery. The atmosphere also holds a level of electrons in it as well. So, if this tower is capable of injecting electrons into the atmosphere that increases that level becomes higher than the level in the Earth, then you have a means of getting an electrical current flow. The problem I see is, if that injected level of electrons from the tower into the atmosphere is; say 50 or 60 volts higher than Earth is, then a human body will become a conduit connection that will cause that current to flow through your body. Every time you touch something metal that is connected to Earth you will be zapped the same way as static electricity does. Thatll be fun would it?
