I just decided this. I am going to “Unlike” or “unfriend” any person, business, or website that (in a social media post) uses the lead in, “Click here to see” and then blurs the thumbnail or other photos so as to “Force” you to click their link in order to actually see what they are referring to. This is nothing but marketing. It’s using basic curiosity to make a few pennies on a click through. I think it’s cheap and it makes me feel like I’m being manipulated. American Overlook (for example) is a big offender when it comes to this type of manipulation. Really, I’ve had enough.
