I just did a call with someone who is with another company. He is on at least his second company in only 9 months. Never been in the industry prior. He told me that with the company he was in, that people were 47,000 times more likely to make $1,000 per month than in any other company. Said he could send links to prove it. Of course he didnt produce them when asked. Wowsers! That is the first for that one. Completely irresponsible thing to say. Typically I would not share information like this but it is an opportunity to give some coaching. It is critical to be careful with what we say to people. Throwing around irresponsible things like that will always prevent us from bringing in quality people. Where did he come up with that? Does he believe everything he reads on the internet? Does a link to that fact really exist? And if somebody came up with something crazy like that, who is the source? Is the source even considered? If not, then I guess that it is 48,000 more likely with my opportunity. Lol We do not need to over-sell. Learn from others mistakes. There is only one way to build massively and to sustain in business. That is with professionalism and dignity. When you have the right situation and track-record, the truth is good enough. If not, people will not ever build much. And if they do so without integrity, it will always be temporary and they will go from company to company while losing credibility each time.
