I just did a closing for a doctor who I had referred to as Ms.. When I found out she was a doctor I apologized and said that if I had known I would have referred to her as Dr.!! Her reply was priceless ... I dont like that pretentious bullshit! You can call me ((insert name here)). And if titles were a necessity for me, then you should be called Queen Closing Agent. Lol!!
