I just dont get it, my neighbors party started at 10 am and here it is 9pm and they are still at it. Hes got the music low enough I cant hear it in my living room, but I can hear it in my bedroom. Maybe I can drown it out with pink noise enough so I can go to sleep. What is it with this guy and his partying. Or whatever it is hes doing. People come to his garage and sit and listen to music for 13 hours straight so far.
