I just finished an insane workout in less than 15min. Seriously guys, I left it all on the floor. 1000% effort vs. minimal rest time = increased EPOC (higher calorie burn over the next 24 hours) In acknowledging that every single workout neednt be 1hr+, I am liberated of fitness being an obligation, and free to accept working out as a privilege and a joy! (Anyways, Ive got life to live, people to love, and adventures to take :) ) There are days when I commit to an hour, days when I commit longer, and days when Ive got shi*t to do! Its my choice: shame-free. Tiny burn = gift to my body Sedentary = asking for a slower metabolism. OH YEAH, and that little 12 minutes of intensity just improved my strength, stamina, muscle power, cardiovascular endurance, AND increased the amount of calories I burn post-workout (EPOC)!!!! Can you add just a few minutes of intensity to your day too? Have a lovely Sunday, everyone!
