I just finished my 2nd round of 1 ½ hours of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Cardio, it was time to !!!!!!!BRING IT!!!!!!! And tonight I actually broke a record for myself, my last recorded time on the treadmill was 5k in 45 minutes, well tonight I did 10k in 57:14 minutes, and all done by doing HIIT! Not bad for someone that has been through one hell of a medical crisis earlier this year! And then I did the elliptical for 35 minutes on a resistance level of 7 at 140 spm (Strides Per Minute) !!!!!!!BOOM!!!!!!! No matter how you look at it, your health & fitness journey is simply “One Step at a Time!” It took years to get where you are today, so don’t rush into it. It’s going to take time with 100% of patience, commitment, and dedication. Just keep your path set forward and refuse to allow anything or anyone to detour your life to the success that you seek to become the better you… “For every failure, theres an alternative course of action.
