I just finished previewing the introduction session of our new women’s Bible study, What Love Is, The Letters of 1, 2, 3 John, and I am overcome with emotion. Kelly Minter’s passion about her Savior and the love He has for us spills over into her speaking and writing. Just as these letters of John provided an anchor for the Christians of the first century, they too will provide the anchor we need in our culture, a culture that has lost its way. I know that God has much for us to learn these next 7 weeks. Not only will you be blessed greatly from this deep study into God’s Word, but you will be blessed immensely by the love and fellowship you will enjoy with so many other women of like-faith and passion for our Lord and Savior. This study begins Wednesday, January 14th, 9 AM and 6:30 PM in the fellowship hall. No prior registration is needed. Just come and enjoy a time of spiritual growth and fellowship. Workbooks will be available that day for a suggested donation of $13. We will also have a light breakfast in the morning and potato bar in the evening. Looking forward to seeing you there.
