I just finished typing an essay that Ill send off tomorrow. It deals with the shootings in Paris, violence, blowback, Ferguson and the underlying socio-economic, geopolitical and ideological contexts in which these events take place. Its a bit long (2,300 words), so well see if folks dig it. Ill post the link as soon as I figure out whos going to publish it. Honestly, I could have used another 2,300 words, but thats not reasonable for an online article. Anyway, its time for bed. On a side note, Ill be petting my cat and listening to jazz for the rest of the weekend, so dont bother contacting me as Ill be passing around the catnip with Dr. Leary.
