I just found my boy Vaughn passed away today. When I think about Vaughn, I smile. I think about when me, him, Ham Washyourass Burga, Rob, Darryl Golden and James were teenagers in the mid to late 80s. All of them would come to my house on a Friday and wouldnt leave until Sunday night. Fridays we would party (and partied hard), Saturdays we would party some more (go to the flicks or something) and Sundays we would recuperate! We did this all throughout our high school into our late teens. Wed be so broke, all we could afford to eat after all that partying is soup from the Chinese restaurant ;-) We were brothers... We never fought amongst each other and we ALWAYS had each others back. Vaughn was the youngest out of all of us and he was the chick magnate. He was one of the reasons girls would come over to my cribs for our Saturday night Red Alert/Mr. Magic parties. Like I told Burga when he called to tell me about Vaughns passing, he never hurt a soul but himself - thats sad in its own right. I love you like a brother Cool Vee and may you rest in eternal peace.
