I just got a letter in the mail from Medicare that asks if I will fill out their survey. Jim got the same thing in another envelope. The problem is, it says to fill out the survey and return in the postage paid envelope....but there is no survey and no return envelope, only the cover letter! lol! And I can tell that Jims is just as thin as mine and likely is the same. So....this means a whole other mailing will have to be sent.....talk about a waste of time and money! My money. Your money. Cuckoo!
