I just got back from Gibraltar. The weather is hazy. There is a thin, feather like blanket of clouds spread over like a white fluffy sheet. Because of that the atmosphere is very heavy and muggy. The atmosphere at the La Frontier is even heavier. There is a tense silence. Spanish Police are deliberately holding the cars both coming in and leaving Gibraltar by checking all documents at snail pace. It all started on Fri evening, when apparently a British military ship came from UK in response to shooting of a jet-skier in Gibraltar bay by Guardia Civil. Gibraltar radio just announced that couple of hours ago a local Gibraltarian has been quite badly beaten by the Spanish border Police, while he was returning to Gibraltar.
