I just got chewed out by someone for telling them that we would not be able to help them with future services because they not only refused to get their pet neutered (as per our agreement) but also intended to use him as a sire (she had her own medical bills that she was trying to pay for by doing this). Sorry but we promote responsible pet ownership, not pet overpopulation and we work extremely hard to earn our grants and donations and we are going to be good stewards of them. This is against our mission in so many ways. We do our best to educate applicants but sometimes we dont get through. Ill always still try. *sigh*
