I just got hit by a huge wave of panic and sadness. I was going through some links on Facebook and came across a picture of Alicyn from a few years back. Suddenly, every detail of the moment that photo was taken came flooding back. I remembered taking the picture. I relived the conversation wed had prior to and after the picture was taken. I heard her voice. I heard her laugh. I smelled her. I closed my eyes because I felt the wave building. By the time I got to the bedroom, the wave had taken me under. When that happens, theres nothing else you can do but roll with. I cried. I yelled. I cursed. I called out for her. The journey continues without her continues...
